Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover your use of likelyplanet.garden and the services offered through it by Likelyplanet Heating & Air. When you use the website, call the phone number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Likelyplanet Heating & Air Does

Likelyplanet Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not carry out heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work, and we are not part of any agreement you reach with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We also make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Remarks about efficiency are general and do not promise any level of energy savings. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.
